Refund Policy
This Refund Policy only applies to products offered by and purchased through the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store by customers within the United States, and does not apply to any other McIntosh Products. Refund policies of Authorized McIntosh Distributors in other countries shall be strictly as they determine.
30 Day Returns
Except for certain products listed below with a 15 day return period, you can return any new and unused product purchased from the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund.
15 Day Returns
The Grateful Dead Limited Edition RS150 Wireless Speaker and the Grateful Dead Limited Edition RS250 Wireless Speaker System each have a 15 day return period from date of delivery for a full refund. To receive a full refund, the returned item must be in new condition, be fully functional, and be properly packed and returned in its original box with all accessories. Repacking instructions can be found in the printed Owner's Manual included with each product.
To Return a Product
To return a product, you must first email us at shop@mcintoshlabs.com or call us at (607) 723-3512 with your order number. We will email you instructions for returning your product, including a Returned Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number that should appear on your return packaging. Ship your new, unused product in its original packaging to the address listed in our email. In order to receive a refund, products must be in new, unused condition, other than products that you are returning due to a claimed defect. If you are returning a product as defective, the product will be evaluated once we receive it. If deemed defective for reasons other than misuse or other actions on your part, we will issue either a replacement product or refund, whichever you request at the time of your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs except if a product is defective or was received with shipping damage.
Damaged Items
If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email us immediately at shop@mcintoshlabs.com with your order number. We will respond with instructions.
Save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting us first, you jeopardize the chances of making a claim with the shipper, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Limits of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
