Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy only applies to merchandise offered by and purchased from the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store, and is inapplicable to the sale of other McIntosh Products.

Merchandise offered by the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store is only available to customers in the United States. The online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store offers UPS shipping to all US states. All products ship from our warehouse in Binghamton, NY 13903. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Orders for in stock items received by 2:30PM EST/EDT Monday – Friday are normally processed and shipped the same day though it could take 1 – 2 business days from when the order is placed for it to be processed and shipped. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not guarantee expedited order processing. Please take this into consideration when selecting an expedited shipping method. Average transit time is 5 – 7 days depending on your shipping location. Your state may require tax to be applied to shipping and handling charges. At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the email address associated with your order. We ship Monday – Friday; weekends and US holidays do not count as business days. Possible shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, promotional events, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances out of our control, and McIntosh assumes no liability for delays of any kind, regardless of cause.

Except for products that explicitly state they can only be sold in the United States, customers in Canada desiring to purchase merchandise offered by the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store must order through an Authorized McIntosh Dealer located in Canada. A list of Authorized McIntosh Dealers located in Canada can be found at www.mcintoshlabs.com/dealers/find-local-dealer. Customers in all other countries desiring to purchase merchandise offered by the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store must order through the Authorized McIntosh Distributor for that country. Authorized McIntosh Distributors independently develop their own operating policies, including whether to obtain and/or inventory the merchandise items available at the Online McIntosh Gifts & Accessories Store.
